Terms & Conditions — k3444 Platform Agreement

The following summary cards highlight the most important obligations and rights within this agreement. They do not replace the full terms — please read each section in detail below.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To open and maintain an account on k3444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.

• You are at least 21 years of age. k3444 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor currently located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account suspended by k3444 for any reason, unless k3444 has expressly reinstated your account in writing.
• You are not depositing or betting with funds derived from criminal activity, and you are not using the Platform for money laundering purposes.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must notify k3444 support immediately if you suspect that your login details have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• k3444 will never ask you to disclose your full password. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.
• Account transfers, sales, or gifts to other persons are strictly prohibited. The account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. k3444 may request KYC documents at any time as part of its compliance obligations.

All deposits and withdrawals on k3444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k3444 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank and other partnered local banks may also be available.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account conditions, though limits may apply to specific payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a verified personal account in the player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one business day. k3444 targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. k3444 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing where identity or source-of-funds checks are outstanding.
• Deposits made using a payment method that is later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or operated in another person's name will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• k3444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside k3444's control.

k3444 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and cashback schemes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement or rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to real funds upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• k3444 reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed or pending bonus and to cancel active promotions with reasonable notice. k3444 will not cancel a promotion after a player has already satisfied the wagering requirement.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement, k3444 may process the withdrawal of real-money funds and forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will forfeit the previous bonus balance.

k3444 operates on principles of fair play and expects all players to conduct themselves honestly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent responsible gaming limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds or claim funds to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

k3444 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, k3444 reserves the right to withhold funds pending a full investigation, the outcome of which shall be final.

k3444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible from your account settings panel at any time, without requiring contact with customer support.

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your k3444 account.
• Loss limits: restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period, preventing sessions from escalating beyond your planned budget.
• Time-out / cooling-off: temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — to take a break from gaming without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your k3444 account and opt out of all future marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content available on the k3444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the proprietary property of k3444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of k3444. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k3444 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based. Specifically, k3444 accepts no liability for the following.

• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by server maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside k3444's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from events beyond k3444's reasonable control, provided that k3444 has taken reasonable precautions to back up such data.
• Gaming losses sustained as a result of participation in any game or betting market on the Platform, where those games and markets have been offered and operated fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Any tax liability that arises in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining and discharging any tax obligations applicable to you under local law.

k3444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, k3444 will notify active account holders via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your available real-money account balance before your account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and k3444 arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through k3444's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. k3444 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
